I like easy updates that don't cost a lot of money..
Bringing the outdoors by using flowers can give your space a natural pick me up and life.
Try flowers with vibrant colors. It's a great way to see if you like that hue in the room and would like to maybe use it in more accessories for ex. pillows or vases etc..
